I had the pleasure of working as the Marketing & Graphic Design Associate at Verdad Real Estate. Working as the only marketing associate at the company, I developed all internal and external marketing materials including pitch presentations, offering memorandums, fliers and more. I worked directly with leadership and acquisitions teams to build detailed aerial packages to determine site viability. Upon joining Verdad, I was tasked with re-designing existing marketing materials. In addition, I re-designed the company website as well as managed the website and social media.

Upon joining Verdad, I was tasked with re-designing quite a few of their marketing materials. One large rebrand being the aerial package design. These aerials were used internally and externally to determine a site viability. With this new template, I created hundreds of these aerial packages all custom to the location and desired tenant.

Shopping Center Branding

A fun part of my job at Verdad was getting to work on branding for specific projects. Becker Town Center was a planned grocery-anchored shopping center in Port St. Lucie, FL.
